Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Accessories, promotional items, and any items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
How to Start a Return
Returns must be submitted through your customer account portal. If you checked out as a guest, please use the same email to create a customer account.
To initiate a return:
Once your request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions and the option to print a return shipping label.
Return Shipping
Once approved, customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping their return using the provided return instructions.
The $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total once the return is processed. This fee covers the cost of the return shipping label and handling.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking information until your return is fully processed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
For orders that qualified for free shipping promotions, the shipping value is not refunded or credited.
At this time, exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you promptly.
