Shipping Policy

This website is operated by a.ren, dba of Sumae Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in California and aim to deliver your items as quickly and accurately as possible.

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (new launches, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (UPS) : 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS): 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our control (weather, customs inspections, or service interruptions).

3. Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate standard shipping of $9.99 on all U.S. orders under $150 (before tax).

Orders over $150 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Promotional shipping offers may change or end at any time without notice.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the carrier picks up your package.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered.

7. International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is unavailable. Orders can only be placed and shipped within the United States.

8. Duties & Taxes

All orders are subject to applicable sales tax based on your shipping address within the United States. For shipments to U.S. territories or when using third-party forwarding services, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees are not collected or controlled by a.ren, dba of Sumae Inc., and will not be included at checkout.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only women’s apparel. We ship to most U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to APO/FPO or freight-forwarding addresses at this time.
